Huge shoutout to the Tractor Supply here in Springfield, Illinois! All the employees were incredibly helpful the second I walked through the door. I came in looking for a dolly to help me move, and they made sure I found exactly what I needed. Fair prices, a super clean store, and just a great atmosphere overall. Highly recommend coming down here!"

Last week I entered the store needed two bails of straw. I waited in line, and asked the young man at the counter for so. My total was $19.08, I handed him a $20, and he gives me $.90 back. After I question the shortage, he rudely points towards the sign explaining they round up or down. No big deal. I would like to get a refund, and pay with card instead. He attempts to refund me, the charges the two bails on the same ticket. Says you’re good to go after the total comes out to $0.00. I explain that I haven’t paid for the straw yet and I don’t have my cash back. Seeming annoyed he gets me my cash refund. Telling me if I want my $20 bill back I am $0.02 short. Really? Finally I get my $20 back, and goto Farm and Home instead. I use to come to this store all the time but after this I don’t think so.

Truck drivers- Easy enough place to get into, recommend you go around the right hand side of the store to make it easier to back into, but there’s also plenty of space to maneuver if you come in from the other side of the store or from the road next to the dealership. Receiver was quick to unload me and really nice guy. It was a pleasure to deliver here. You’re probably wondering who I am, but my name doesn’t matter, my voice does, and now so does yours, these are not instructions, this is a confirmation of a truth that you may already know. What you choose to do with it, is up to you.

Love this store! Rather smallish for a TS store, a little off the beaten path, but very well stocked up. Shelves are arranged and in order, not all in disarray. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They know where everything is and can direct you right to whatever you're looking store. The store carries everything from animal feed to toys. Nice selection for the size of the store.
